TÜRK FOLKLOR MÜZESİ

800 yıllık tarihe sahip Akseki Sarıhacılar, Tarihi İpek yolunu korumak amacıyla kurulan bekçi evlerinin gelişmesiyle zamanla bölgenin en önemli ulaşım ve ticaret merkezi haline gelmiştir.

Akseki Sarıhacılar, with 800 years of history has become the most important transportation and trade center of the region in the course of time with the development of guard houses which were built to protect the historical Silk Road.

Köyümüz, Taş duvarların ağaç ile takviye edilerek adına “Düğmeli Ev” denilen yapılarda oluşmuştur.

Our village was formed with the houses called “Düğmeli Ev” ("House with Button") that were comprised of stone walls reinforced by wood.

Kervan yollarının zaman içinde önemini kaybetmesiyle derin bir yalnızlığa gömülen köyümüz, günümüzde sayıları 25 adet kadar evin restorasyonu ve Türkiye'nin en zengin (Etnografya) Folklor Müzesinin açılması ile bölgede yeniden canlanmaya ve turizm açısından hızla önem kazanmaya başlamıştır.

Our village had been buried into deep loneliness after caravan routes lost importance by passage of time. However, regarding tourism, it has begun to shine and become important in the region again with the restoration of the last 25 houses of the village and the opening of the richest Folklore Museum (Ethnography) of Turk

Şimdilerde doğa tutkunu turistlerin ilgi odağı haline gelen köyümüz, Mimari özellikleri, Doğal yapısı, Tarihi İpekyolu güzergahındaki Antik yollarıyla yerli ve yabancı treaking gruplarınında yoğun ilgisini çekmektedir.

Our village has already become a center of interest for tourists who have passion for nature. It is also drawing attraction of domestic and foreign treaking groups with its architecture, nature and ancient roads of historical Silk Road.

2015 yılı sonunda hizmete girecek yöresel yemekler sunan restaurantımız ve konaklama mekanlarıyla konuklarımızı daha iyi ağırlamayı hedeflemekteyiz.

We are aiming to host our guests better with our restaurant which will be serving regional food and accommodation venues. It will open at the end of 2015.
